That looks so yummy. I make a similar stew that has an entire bottle of red wine (and no other liquids). I don't cook lamb though, I don't think I like it. (haven't had it since I was a kid and I hated it then) Maybe I will try it again, this looks so good!
Ha ... that's why I made the stew--to see if I liked lamb. Everywhere I turn lately people have been cooking lamb, and even my grandmother goes on about "a nice little lamb chop," but it's not something I've had much of. This was good, but I don't think I'd go out of my way to make it again. Maybe I'll try grilling some sometime.
Isn't that bowl pretty? My uncle made it, and my mom surprised me with it recently. My uncle's site is still under construction, but he's got a lot of beautiful pieces. :)
