Lots of peanuts, crunchy goodness in these cookies. I used Dorie Greenspan's recipe in her new Baking cookbook. They're good, but I think in the future I'll skip the cinnamon--I only used about half of what's called for, but it drowns out more of the peanut buttery flavor than I'd like, though they're still good. I added rice krispies, but the cookies are already so crunchy I don't know that they made much of a difference.
