Shrimp and grits

I may well have a new favorite meal. This is comfort food at its best -- creamy, salty, and a little bit spicy, with loads of shrimp on top. I saw Tyler Florence make this on tv this weekend, and it looked pretty good ... and since the weather is still so cool, I figured now would be the perfect time to try it. I made half the recipe, and now I have the most delicious leftovers that anyone could ever hope to have. For the grits, I used more milk and less cream and I added a couple of handfuls of parmesan. The recipe is here. It is now your mission to go try this yourself, because it's just that good.

I made this too, based on your recommendation. yum! But next time I won't use as much broth, since I overdid it. And the grits are good just by themselves.
