Clearly I'm a sucker for the "guaranteed" label from King Arthur Flour. It's not that I doubt them--it's KAF after all--but I like seeing what they've come up with. These
fudge brownies combine the best of both worlds, so they're both fudgy and cakey ... chocolatey without going overboard ... and moist without being too gooey.
