Bruschetta with Shrimp, Tarragon and Spinach

This recipe is based on one from Giada de Laurentis. It's bruschetta but with shrimp and wine and creamy mascarpone. The combination is pretty amazing on top of the slightly garlicky toasted ciabatta, but it would also be good with pasta, rice, or just a spoon. - Posted using BlogPress from my iPhone
