Last night, SwimmerGirl and I mixed up some focaccia, using a variation of the recipe in "Baking With Julia." We made two loaves, topped with fresh rosemary, basil, mint, oregano,Parmesan, olive oil, and sea salt. The last piece of dough was turned into fougasse, which is shaped kind of like a ghost with slashes cut in to allow for more crunch. This we topped with more olive oil, rosemary, and basil, plus a little garlic and cilantro.
