Summer hasn't yet disappeared, but the cooler weather today reminded me that fall is getting closer. Dinner tonight was warming: roast chicken, glazed carrots, and these challah twists right out of the oven. I made my usual challah loaf with half the dough and then 15 good-sized twists with the other half.
