Oh, how I love meringue! A vendor at my local farmer's market has freshly gathered organic eggs (as in pick the preceding day!). I believe I will pick some up tomorrow so I can make some meringue cups. The only think I do not like about meringue is wasting the yolk - I know I am getting old because I never cared about wasting before! Anyway, I like to use the yolks to make a lemon curd to eat with the meringue. Thanks for the idea!

I love meringue too! Yum, and lemon curd. What time should I show up? :b

I'd been wanting to make these kisses for a while, but I had to make them after the Fine Cooking scones I made left me with some leftover egg whites.

See, you are a waste hater, too!

Just let me know when your flight gets into San Diego and I will meet you at the airport!

The farmer's market was great today - 80 degrees here! - and I have my fresh eggs and my favorite lemon, the meyer. I am all set.
