It's pouring now, but before the monsoon began, I grilled some salad. Onto the grill went shrimp, squash, bell peppers, onions, and pita. Into a bowl went fresh feta, tomatoes, lots of mint and cilantro, and lemon vinaigrette. The grilled vegetables were then chopped up and added to the bowl, and the shrimp was added on top.
