For the first night of Passover, I made a lime curd tart with a macadamia-almond crust. The lime curd recipe is from the Barefoot Contessa, and the crust is a simple combination of nuts, sugar, and butter. The picture was taken before I decorated it, so really it just looks, well, pickle-colored, was how someone decribed it. But the flavor was good and the sweet nut crust made a nice contrast with the tartness of the limes.
