Chocolate anyone? I took a filled chocolate class today, and these are the fruits of my labor. Some are filled with an Irish cream ganache, some with hazelnut ganache, some with cinnamon-Tahitian vanilla ganache, and some with just chocolate.

I've eaten some stuffed with red peppers and even wasabi(!!) You might try spicing it up for an Aztec chocolate (mouth)feel.

Thanks for the suggestions Samantha -- spices and chocolate are a great idea.
Sara -- I made those in class. I'm sure my next batch, made at home, won't be quite the same, lol.
