The pictures don't really do this dish justice. From the outside it just looks like random lasagna. But inside, there were seven layers of fresh lasagna noodles interspersed with layers of roasted butternut squash, bechamel sauce, and tomato sauce, all sprinkled with parmigiano-reggiano.
