Not-Leftover Potato Bread

Saturday morning is the best time of the week--and the best time to start baking bread. Today I made potato bread using a recipe from Yankee Magazine. The recipe was part of an article on how to use of up holiday leftovers--but mashed potatoes are the one thing that we never, ever, have a problem using up after Thanksgiving. Instead, I stuck an extra potato in the oven, mashed it up with some butter and milk, and then started from there.
