Fantail Rolls

Sometimes I have to try a recipe just because it's so pretty. This is one of those--but the tangy, buttery flavor is great, too. The recipe comes from the now-defunct Gourmet magazine. It's easy to mix together, but the overall process takes about five hours, which some might consider a lot for 12 rolls.
