Today was a snow day, and while I did work from home, I found some time later to bake up a few things. The brownies above are chocolate fudge with a peanut butter swirl. I also played around with a favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe, adding oatmeal and switching around the sugars and flour. The result is a very tasty chocolate chip-oatmeal-pecan cookie that is soft and chewy and buttery and nutty. And chocolatey too, of course.
