You ought to do this professionally! Who ever is on the recieving end of all this wonderfully artfull food is very lucky indeed.

I first read this entry as "vegetarian" chicken instead of venetian chicken. :b

Thanks C! Last night's dinner was toute pour moi ... and today's lunch and probably a couple of other lunches too. I cut the recipe in half, and yet it still made a ton. What small army was Nigella feeding? :b
