For some reason, I always forget how easy popovers are to make. But really, it's a simple batter that comes together in minutes and then bakes in a hot oven til the popovers are puffed and golden. I used a muffin tin instead of a formal popover pan, and they came out maybe a little bit shorter but still very tasty.

Looks good, please email me the recipe. I don't have a Julia cookbook. :)
Have you tried Barefoot Contessa's popover recipe? I made it for Thanksgiving one year and it was good too. Don't know how it compares to the Julia version.
